The “Salisbury Beach” is a refurbished railroad sleeping car once owned by the Boston and Maine Railroad for use on the “State of Maine Express” between New York and Portland, Maine.

The experience of traveling in an authentic example of the streamlined era can be yours when you charter the “Salisbury Beach”. The interior is maintained in clean, comfortable climate-controlled condition and offers the original configuration of single rooms (roomettes in railroad terms), bedrooms for two (that can be converted into suites), and sections in the classic style with upper and lower beds separated by curtains.
